Our Story: Meet Hannah

For the first two years of college, I was just getting by. I wasn’t failing—but I wasn’t thriving either. I was tired all the time, pushing myself through every task, and wondering why everything felt so hard. I didn’t realize it then, but my body and mind were completely drained—and I had no idea how to recharge them.

Eventually, I hit a turning point. I started learning about nutrition, fitness, and stress management. I changed how I ate, how I moved, and how I treated my mental health. And while it didn’t happen overnight, the shifts came fast. I had more energy, more focus, and for the first time in years, I felt like myself. I went from dragging through my day to finishing college with straight A’s—and it felt easier than ever.

The impact didn’t stop there. My relationships got stronger. I felt more confident. And when I entered a fast-paced, high-stress job, I stood out—not because I overworked myself, but because I showed up with real energy and calm. I became one of the most valued people in the company. My boss even told me that just walking into the room helped everyone breathe easier.

That’s when I realized: this wasn’t just about health. It was about taking control of my wellbeing.

I created Her Energy Reset to help other women do the same— to feel strong, clear, and fully present in their own lives. This program isn’t about restriction or working your ass off. It’s about creating a foundation that fuels success on your terms.

You don’t need to push harder. You just need to reset.
